It  uses the ultraviolet light  - light of C band (185nm) to change the molecular structure of the grease, and at the same time it reacts with the oxygen in the air to produce ozone which is more than ten times of the ordinary ultraviolet light. Ozone is an allotrope of oxygen. The color of ozone is pale blue, with fishy smell. The boiling point is 111℃, which is very unstable. The product of decomposition is O2, which will not cause twice pollution to the environment. Ozone has strong oxidation and bactericidal ability. Ozone oxidizes grease molecules into small molecules such as water and palmitic acid. The half-life of ozone is 4-10h (hour). It can continue to decompose oil smoke and eliminate the peculiar smell in the smoke pipe. It is an ideal environmental protection product.
