BMGH/W/A/F/UV Marine Multi-functional Galley Hoods of BAST-MARINE are intended for use on a broad range of ships and offshore projects. Compared with old types of exhaust hoods, they are able to remove the oil on the filters automatically without having to remove the filters. The operation is automatically controlled by the control box, applicable for various conditions. Manual cleaning is also available upon user's need.

Construction:
All parts are made of stainless steel and the surface is polished. The inner corners of the hood are rounded to comply with USPHS, easy to clean.
Cleaning module:
Oiler filters should utilize the warm water and detergent from the nozzle to conduct self-cleaning cycle. The waste liquid should be discharged from the hood through the direct discharge hole. The cabinet should be made of stainless steel.

Ultraviolet filter:
Ultraviolet technology breaks down the rest tiny oil particles into tinier molecular units. Ozone generated by the UV lamp reacts with solid and gaseous oil. The generated do not stick to the pipe or fan, thus reducing the risk of serious fire hazards and high pipeline cleaning costs.
Fluorescent equipment:
Every hood is equipped with a fluorescent device that provides an average of 500 lux illumination for the working surface of cooking utensils. The fluorescent equipment are manufactured to achieve the protection level of IP56.
